Year Of The Horse ♘

Over the weekend we attended the ever so jolly celebrations of the Chinese New Year in London’s chinatown, which was a mind blowing experience! thankfully, the sun came out to play which brought thousands of people to the streets of Soho (about 90% of them were armed with a camera) so it was quite a hectic scenery.
I intended to bring along my 40mm Lens which is nicer for street photography but forgot it at home, so had to manage with the 50mm which worked out just fine at the end despite my concerns! the colour red played a major role and dominated the area & my photos, the locals were great putting up a colourful parade and awesome booths full of yummies/everything china related, so naturally, I ended up enhancing my Maneki Neko collection with 5 new pieces… jackpot! ^_^
