Red & Green

I fucking LOVE cars.
I also really enjoy driving, and one of my favourite thing to do is just jump into a car – roll the windows down – light up a cigarette – put my favourite music on – and go 160 kph on the motherfucking road.
Sadly enough though, the privilege of driving has been taken away from me when I moved to the UK. well, taken might be the wrong word, because technically nothing stops me from driving, but let’s just say mentally, I didn’t quite get along with british cars/roads/and regulations because everything is simply on the opposite side, which I find disturbingly odd.
As I was visiting my homeland quite often ever since I moved here, and at times, even spending a few month over there – always attached to my car, I figured making the transition and putting an effort into learning to drive on the “other side” would jut confuse the fuck out of me…. so I didn’t.
However….. things have changed.

The special grassland habitat depends on grazing and the parkland trees have a distinctive ‘browse line’ as the deer eat all the leaves and twigs growing below about 1.5 metres. Deer grazing also prevents tree seedlings from growing, keeping the grassland open.
Recently I’ve decided to take a little break from shooting 35mm and invest my time doing fun stuff such as taking shitload of polaroids using the Fuji FP-100C & FP-3000B peel-off films and experiment with doing emulsion lift/transfer (which I’m gonna cover in the future) and reclaiming negatives in a process I’m gonna discuss today.
